Data Protection Notice (GDPR)
Last updated: July 2026
This notice explains how Leviora processes personal data collected through leviora.ai, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). For visitors in Türkiye, the Turkish notice under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) is available at /tr/kvkk/.
1. Controller
Leviora is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact: info@leviora.ai.
2. Personal data we process and why
When you submit the demo request form, we process the identity and contact data you provide — name, email address, phone number, company and your message — to respond to your request, schedule a demo or pilot, and carry out related business communication. Our web servers also keep standard technical logs (IP address, request time, requested page) for security and operations.
3. Legal bases
We rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — for handling your demo request, and on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website — for technical logs.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Form submissions are delivered to us through an email infrastructure provider established in the United States; the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
5. Retention
If no business relationship is established, demo request data is deleted no later than 24 months after your request is closed, unless a legal obligation requires longer storage. Technical logs are kept for a short, rolling period.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15–21 GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to info@leviora.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
